Answer: The IJN, a weekly newspaper, is an independent editorial voice, covering events in Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah and Montana, as well as throughout the US, Israel and Jewish communities worldwide. The newspaper was founded in 1913 and since 1943 has been owned and operated by the Goldberg family. Currently Miriam Harris Goldberg is the editor and publisher and Rabbi Hillel Goldberg is executive editor. In addition to weekly publication, IJN publishes special editions approximately once a month, including three magazines: L'Chaim magazine (fall and spring) and Generations magazine (summer). Once every five years the IJN publishes a souvenir anniversary magazine. The 95th anniversary magazine was published July 7, 2008. The IJN is a member of the American Jewish Press Association (AJPA) and the Colorado Press Association.
