IPS manufactures, imports, sells and services packaging machinery. While we are predominantly active in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic industries, we have also supplied machinery to the food and chemical industries. The IPS ProCount slat counter has become the new standard counting tablets into bottles. The unique "clean" design allows for low downtime in cleaning and changeover, and is virtually impossible for rogue tablets to hide. The IPS Versflow liquid filling featuring peristaltic pumps. Peristaltic pumps are recommended for non-viscous products, especially where sterility or cross-contamination are a concern. Also available are stainless steel gear and lobe pumps are used for viscous products. Since its inception, IPS has been responsible for the design, sale and installation of over 150 packaging lines from the simplest to the most complex. We pride ourselves in using the most up to date engineering techniques and electronic control systems. IPS has a full service force available for on-site or for telephone support. Our sales force is both knowledgeable and cooperative and will help in any packaging machinery problem brought to their attention.
