Answer: The Indiana Foster Care and Adoption Association (IFCAA) is a membership organization for foster and adoptive parents across the state of Indiana. IFCAA is a nonprofit organization of foster parents, adoptive parents, public and private agencies, and other caring professionals who live and work with children. The Indiana Foster Care and Adoption Association believes all children have the right to live in a nurturing, non-abusive environment. IFCAA supports, educates, and encourages communication between foster parents, adoptive parents and other child advocates. To that end, IFCAA promotes legislation and public policy that will benefit these children. Our Board of Directors is comprised of representatives from across Indiana committed to serving foster care and adoptive families. We have dedicated staff that is available to help support and answer any questions about foster care and adoption.
