About Us: Founded on personal experiences, IEP Collaborative, Inc. (IEPC) is a nonprofit public interest law corporation providing free legal services for Californias special needs students and their families. The (Individualized Education Plan) IEP which is the cornerstone of a students educational program-specifies the services to be delivered, the students present levels of performance, and the accommodations and modifications needed to support student success. We seek to ensure that clients understand their right to participate during the formation and implementation of an IEP, and are equipped to participate as active members of the IEP team. Focus on Self-Advocacy IEPC empowers parents and students to engage in self-advocacy and collaboration around appropriate and uniquely tailored IEP and special education programming to facilitate measurable student progress.
