Answer: HOPE, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with the mission to create stable, affordable homes for people with developmental disabilities. Formed in 1994 by Harbor Regional Center and concerned parents who were worried about their childrens housing future, HOPE envisions a world in which all people with disabilities can live where and with whom they choose in safe neighborhoods at affordable rents.
