Answer: H.O.P.E. Through Divine Intervention, Inc. (HTDI) is a Certified nonprofit Community Housing and Development Organization (CHDO) serving low to moderate income (LMI) individuals and families with the end goal of taking consumers from homelessness to homeownership. We operate a 36-unit Permanent Supportive Housing Complex for formerly chronically homeless men coping with special needs and a CHDO program providing homeownership opportunities to low to moderate income (LMI) citizens who may not otherwise realize homeownership. HTDIs comprehensive approach to supportive housing includes providing onsite CORE and ACT services via a mutlidisciplinary team of professionals. HDTI has assisted low income families in achieving homeownership, as part of this process makes properties energy efficient and provides new appliances. We have been approved through HUD, Chase, and Wells Fargo Bank for their Real Estate Owned (REO) Programs receiving discounted/donated properties.
