Answer: Holy Hog Barbecue was born out of one mans passion for excellence in food, and his commitment to sharing it with the Tampa Bay community. Faithful worshippers come here to get their fix of lip-smacking southern barbecue such as Texas-style brisket, St. Louis-style ribs, pulled pork, sausage, and smoked chicken all perfectly smoked by Hogs pit-masters, and served with a flavorful assortment of sauces. Homestyle sides include award-winning jalapeno mac n cheese, sweet potato souffle, Brunswick stew, collard greens, fried okra, corn fritters and more. Plus, salads and delectable desserts. Meals are washed down with thirst-quenching beverages that range from homebrewed iced tea to lemonade to ice-cold locally crafted beers. Since opening in 2010, Holy Hog has grown to four locations, all of which offer full-service catering of our mouthwatering menu. Breakfast catering includes southern biscuits with egg and cheese, fried chicken or steak, and tasty sausage gravy, cheesy grits and pastries. Were also thrilled to have two locations at Amalie Arena to serve barbecue-loving sports and concert crowds. After nearly a decade of handcrafting barbecue, Holy Hog has become known as Tampa Bays hometown smokehouse -- made with the highest standards and a whole lot of love.
