Young Adults are provided with the services they need to live as independently as possible including career guidance, job training and placement and ongoing support. Throughout adulthood, HMEA helps people with disabilities and their families reach for independence. Residential Services, Day Habilitation and Family Supports help people with disabilities stay connected and live the best life possible. Adult Family Care assists those who need help with their daily activities like bathing, eating and dressing.
