Answer: Whether it's appetizers, salads, meats, fish, drinks, smoothies, cocktails, dipping sauces or especially desserts, Henry's Humdingers puts a new spin on absolutely any recipe. The Henry's Humdingers line of premier gourmet products is made of raw, unfiltered honey and spices. There is no artificial anything just pure yumminess. It all started on a plane ride home a when a dashing young man with 11-year-old quirky boyish charm buckles his seat belt like it's any other flight, oblivious this trip will reshape his life forever. You see, I sat next to a beekeeper and he filled my mind with the fantastical world of bees and told me they were in jeopardy due to the mysterious CCD or Colony Collapse Disorder. He explained that humans too would be in jeopardy if the bees disappeared. We wouldn't have enough food because the bees wouldn't be there to pollinate corn or wheat or even tomatoes. (OK I don't even like tomatoes, but I know we need them for stuff like pizza.) I realized the bees needed a hero, so before the flight landed I convinced my mom to buy me a hive. I told her I wanted it so I could start my own honey company to help save the bees. And now it's a real thing. What makes our products unique are their complex flavor profiles. They aren't simply hot sauces that just burn your mouth, but flavors that complement each other. For instance, our Diabolical Dad pairs habanero pepper with bright lime notes, allowing you to really taste the earthy flavor of the habanero rather than just its heat. All of my flavors pair well with foods rather than overpowering them. "Henry's Humdingers are an epic collision of spicy and sweet that explodes with awesomeness!" Fusing honey and spices Henry's Humdingers has created the most exciting thing to happen to honey since forever. Allowing you to be as creative as you dare in your cooking.
