Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of low-income or vulnerable families and individuals, and we offer a continuum of services to foster vibrant, healthy, and safe families. Our programs include: - WIC nutrition assistance, including healthy foods, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support; - Education, resources, and support to assist young parents in raising healthy, happy children; - Crisis counseling and support, emergency shelter, and advocacy services for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence; - Pregnancy prevention, cancer screenings, HIV and Hepatitis C testing and prevention, and testing and treatment for other sexually transmitted infections; and, - Health care and supportive services for adjudicated youth and for formerly incarcerated individuals who are living with HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C.
