As your construction partner, HKJ provides preliminary budgets, design development, construction documents and final turnover. We build a wide range of multi-family residential projects such as garden, mix-use, mid-high rise, condos, renovations, hotels, podiums, wraps, Texas donuts, urban infills, senior housing, student housing and, most recently, boutique apartments.
