Its partners are Kristin Anderson and Scott Walters who bring over 40 years combined experience in healthcare administration and consulting. Our sweet spot is at the intersection of strategic questions and facility solutions. In fact, many of our longstanding clients use us to help them bring focus to major strategic decisions by using our process and the excitement of a major capital project. At Halsa, the partners sell the work and do the work; we are not a highly leveraged model, so you can be assured that experienced, senior people are focused on your problems and interacting with your leaders, Boards, and medical staffs. Much of our work is for leading healthcare systems, about 50 percent in the community hospital setting and about 50 percent for academic systems. We arent architects, and sometimes dont recommend a facilities solution, even when one is presumed.
