You tell us all of your wants/needs for your new home, & our experienced team works with you to design your home. Well start with a rough sketch, then create a full floor plan of your new custom home. 03. Project Bidding & Contract Using the design/layout well figure out finishes, to get together a total cost. From there, well build out a contract that lists budgets for flooring, appliances, paint, etc. 04. Construction Launch Its finally time! Everything is in order, contracts are signed, & were ready to break ground! Life is about to get really exciting! Get ready! 05. Build & Finish The build has begun. Well take everything that weve talked about together up to this point, & put it all together. Set back & watch it all come together. Flooring, paint, backsplashes, countertops; All of it.
