Rooted in Annapolis, Maryland, our reach expands nationally through a diverse array of mixed-use, commercial, institutional, and residential projects. Our approach to every project is based on an immersive search for the found potential across all aspects of a projects context. We consider the context, regardless of project scale, to be both (ie, regional) and specific (ie. local existing conditions). Our search focuses on understanding the particulars of place including topography, climate, program, clients needs, aspirations, and culture.
