Served in the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in community health centers. Started with GPW Health Center in December 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer when the organization had only 45 employees and only one location. Over the next three years, involved in Manassas new access point site expansion and responsible for Dumfries new access point site expansion. In December 2016, selected as Interim Chief Executive Officer while maintaining responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer. In April 2017, promoted to Chief Executive Officer while continuing as Chief Financial Officer responsibilities, expanded patient care teams across all five practices (medical, pediatric, OB-GYN, dental and behavioral health), initiated expansion of Outreach & Enrollment program, developed Quality Improvement program, rebuilt and expanded Call Center to include Patient Communications, initiated Patient Transportation Services, and launched physical therapy and ultrasound services.
