Made from plush polyester and trimmed in satin, these ultra-soft snugglies are available in classic pink, blue and white. Created by a subsidiary of the P&A Group based in Roxboro, NC, the idea for the blankets was initially conceived by the wife of one of the companys executives. P&As main business is manufacturing premium paint roller fabrics, but the company was looking to diversify its offerings. It took a womans ingenuity to think the paint roller fabric might make an incredibly soft baby blanket. Though initial testing revealed the need to move away from the paint roller fabric, the wheels were set in motion. Partnering with an overseas manufacturer, P&A moved full steam ahead with blanket production and brand development. The fledgling GooseWaddle blanket shipment arrived in North Carolina last fall, and moms and babies alike have been oohing and aahing ever since.
