Founded in 2020, GCC is a Missouri-based 501c3 made up of people who care deeply about cybersecurity and who see the win-win of strengthening the cyber workforce by training overlooked populations. We believe that the diversity Our membership is made up of corporate and university leaders but our service is to people in our communities. We work together to connect with people throughout Missouri with the interest and potential for a career in cybersecurity. In 2024, we are embarking on a campaign to bring cyber training opportunities to communities throughout Missouri, both urban and rural. The "Missouri Tech First Initiative" aims to train as many Missourians as possible in high-demand tech careers. This is a collaborative effort between state leaders, corporate partners, and institutional partners, and seeks to make Missouri THE premier hub for non-traditional tech training and hiring in the midwest.
