Geronimo Alloys manufactures components from Stainless Steel, as well as, Cobalt and Nickel Based Alloys. We provide our customers with more cost-effectived materials that are equivalent to such trademarked material names such as Stellite, Monel, Inconel, Tribaloy, Nitronic, Incoloy, Ferralium, Hastelloy and Colmonoy Alloys for their replacement parts. In doing so, we are also able to decrease down-time by casting required components at our in-house foundry and machining the same at our state of the art machine shop. Whether the your part requires a Cobalt-Based Alloy, Nickel-Based Alloy or Stainless Alloy, we can manufacture it according to the required specifications. Additionally, we offer Refurbishment Services for certain parts that allow for material build-up and re-machining to applicable tolerances. Geronimo Alloys specializes in Manufacturing and Refurbishment of components & equipment used in extreme conditions such as high temperatures, abrasion, erosion, corrosion, vibration, tension, pressure and compression. If your equipment operates in any of these harsh environments, we stock over 50 different alloys including Cobalt Based (Stellite), Nickel Based (Monel, Inconel and Hastelloy), 300 series, 400 series, PH and Duplex Stainless Steels. Almost any alloy is available to manufacture and/or repair, your component requirements.
