G.E.M. provides your home care needs with Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, Homemakers and Companions who are supervised by licensed professional nurses. Our Story G. E. M. Health Care Agency was established in 1989 with the intent of providing a service that was notably needed in our community. As a fledgling company, we learned early on that meeting our customers expectations through the development of quality service, reasonable prices, and on-time delivery would be the keys to our success. In 1998, we reached a significant milestone in our history by occupying a larger facility and expanding our operations to nearly double that of our 1989 capacity. The expansion enabled us to add more staff to our growing number through our onsite training program, which is approved by the New York State Department of Health. This enables us to meet our industry demand. Over the years, we have forged strong bonds with our customers through mutual respect and exceeding their expectations. As we continue our growth into the 21st century, we do so with the knowledge and appreciation of our customers and employees.
