It's my belief that it's much easier to create a strategic plan than it is to execute it. I know this from observation and from my own personal experience as one who comes to coaching having started and scaled a company. Many times they're a leader of an owner-managed company, with at least fifty employees, who is determined to scale their business and who yearns for support to grow professionally and personally. They are eager to save time and effort by applying proven processes to scaling their organizations. To that end, we help our clients apply the One Page Strategic Plan from Verne Harnish's "Scaling Up - Mastering the Rockefeller Habits 2.0" along with its tools and resources. I have thirty years of experience as a founder and CEO in building and operating businesses. I graduated from Wisconsin, and then obtained an MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in quantitative methods. The companies I ran ranged from a start-up that I founded, to an organization of 175 full-time employees with five locations in Central New Jersey where I was President. Specialties: Certified Gazelles International Coach.
