Antioxidant products are applied to Pet Foods and treats, Pet Food pre-mixes, Protein Meals, Rendered Proteins, packaged foods that contain edible fats and lipids, primarily to improve oxidation, shelf life, slowing/extending of fat deterioration, and overall nutrition and taste stability. Antimicrobial products are applied to reduce and/or eliminate gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria that pose risk to humans and animals. Bacteria we target include Escherichia coli (E. coli), Salmonella, Campylobacter, Shigella, Listeria, Bacillus, Clostridium, Streptococcus and Staphylococcus, and trace markers of Enterobacteriaceae (ebac), a gram-negative bacteria family.
