Since 2003, Firefly Autism has been changing the landscape of behavior and mental health. Working with individuals from 18 months to over 70 years of age, we are one of the few places in Colorado where everyone, including adults, are not only welcome, but are also receiving support. With collaboration from families and other providers, we deliver services through individualized behavior plans and instructional goals that meet the clients interests, values, and support needs. At Firefly Autism, we believe in using the principles of assent-based and values-based practices to ensure a person-centered approach to Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our purpose is to transform the lives of autistic children. Partnering with families, we create life-long relationships through thoughtful, innovative, empirical learning treatment programs. Core Values: Every person has a purpose and meaning in life and is capable of learning and contributing. People have the right to dignity, respect, and understanding. Children are a part of families and families have diverse values, cultural backgrounds, expectations, and needs. Teaching that builds upon individual strengths and interests, and is based upon reciprocal relationships, is critical to learning and developing.
