Finally, Providers want to deliver high quality and efficient care to their patients, especially in areas with complex care paths such as oncology with numerous medical professionals involved and an extended timeline for patients recovery. Family Care Path has developed CancerNav, which has increased navigator efficiency, improved medical team communication and care coordination as well as patient care and satisfaction.
