We serve as a provider of care through our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Dedicated to delivering high quality health care, we are continually rated among the nations top health plans for member experience and service and clinical quality. Fallon Health focuses on health insurance products that serve older adults, lower-income individuals and individuals with complex health needs. We offer Medicare Advantage, Senior Care Options (SCO), MassHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Partnership Plans, Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and a limited number of products on the Massachusetts Health Connector, including ConnectorCare.
