Answer: Building Commissioning Facility Diagnostics, LLC is an experienced team that is passionate about delivering the best service for every project, regardless of size, scope or client. FDllc is an AABC (ACG) certified commissioning firm and a federal and locally approved small business. We have successfully commissioned hundreds of facilities throughout the United States, both LEED and non-LEED certified. Our team has commissioned a wide variety of building types throughout the United States - office buildings, laboratories, industrial, public assemblies, and healthcare facilities - encompassing a large range of building systems. Project Management We rely on our design and construction experience to manage complicated MEP projects. Our clients can make sound investment decisions based on indoor environment, energy consumption, life cycle costs, constructability and maintainability. We have managed over $160 million in engineering projects over the past eleven years. Facility Assessments / Due Diligence Our team has performed more than five hundred due diligence assessments for our clients across the country. We can utilize in-house digital recording devices to supplement our indoor air quality assessments, and log data trends as needed to indicate the reaction of comfort parameters over time as the HVAC system and building interact. Our methodology is proven and has been tested by litigation and defended through deposition on behalf of our clients.
