Answer: EZ WINGS began in the fall of 2010, born out of the dream to make real boneless chicken wings. We discovered while using a patented STEEN deboning machine from Belgium, we could create something more exceptional: frenched chicken wings. These chicken wing lollipops became known as lollies, and we havent looked back since. Our original lollie, the WING LOLLIE, is made from the 2nd wing joint (the flat) of a chicken wing. Our process involves removing the ulna (the smaller bone) and bunching the juicy wing meat towards the end of the radius (the bigger bone), which is then neatly cleaved at its opposite end. Our DRUM LOLLIE is made from the 1st wing joint (the drummette), thus the chicken wing is frenched around the humerus bone. We offer both classic, all natural wings and fully cooked, marinated wings.
