Answer: ETSS is a community based 501(c)(3) organization that helps new arrivals from all countries establish roots and gain self-sufficiency in Central Ohio through programs and services that encourage community integration, sustained employment, education, health, and strong families. We provide services for both adults and children through employment assistance, ESL courses, After School programs, an 8 week academic and culturally focused summer camp, internships across Central Ohio for ETSS youth, wellness efforts and advocating for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Our Community Mental Health Navigators assists with case management and referral services for those individuals who have experienced extreme trauma to connect them with the services they need. Currently our Navigators serve the Nepali/Bhutanese and Congolese communities.
