Enviah is also a WBENC-certified Womens Business Enterprise. Dr. MacAllister has worked with some of the largest health care systems in the country, leading operational assessments and facilitating the integration of people and place with a clear process. Her research focuses on exploring direct outcome measures such as HCAHPS scores, effectiveness and productivity. MacAllister serves on multiple national boards; she earned a PhD in architecture, culture, and behavior from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
