We encourage employers to set appointments with us to learn about State programs to assist with training costs or wages. Our services are FREE to employers. Services to Vocational Rehabilitation Clients: Pre-Employment Assistance: o Applications o Job Search o Interview Skills o Maintaining Employment Advocacy: o Obtaining work cards, interview clothing, new hire paperwork, orientation, obtaining Para-transit services, setting up meetings with employers to advocacy. Job Development: Job Coaching: Bus Coaching: o Workshops in Job Exploration Counseling, Counseling on Post-Secondary Options, Work Readiness, Self-Advocacy. Resume and Cover Letter Development Community Based Assessment program. On the Job Training program. Silver State Works program. Our Job Developers and coaches hold certifications in Job Development and Job Coaching as well as ACRE Certification for Customized Employment. We are only able to service clients whom have a case open with State of NV Vocational Rehabilitation Dept. for the services listed above. Please contact your counselor to find out more information on how to obtain a Job Developer or Coach. These services are FREE to clients in a Vocational Rehabilitation program.
