We manage new construction, general renovation, historic renovation and green retrofit / reconstruction projects for a variety of uses, including commercial, multi-family housing, education, healthcare and non-profit. E.M. Harris Construction has special experience with publicly funded and tax credit supported projects, many of which have multiple layers of funding, tight budgets and tight schedules. We have worked for many years with federal, state and city agencies and maintain an excellent record of compliance with the numerous rules and regulations required by such agencies.
