ALIGNWELL is a C-suite alignment analyzer tool that gives senior leaders insights and an alignment opportunity roadmap around purpose, priorities, opportunities, customers, competitors & 16 key functional areas. ALIGNWELL indexes performance every six months, with customized follow-on programming available. PERFORMWELL is a corporate performance dissection tool based on our "Intersections of Performance" framework. It's an anonymous, 7-10 minute, A / B answer survey with output that outlines an organization's paths to performance from the strategy side was well as the execution side, specifically highlighting which paths are healthy and which are broken. PATHWAY 2 PERFORMANCE (TM), P2P, is our proprietary engagement tool that measures engagement within teams. It identifies priorities, strengths and areas for development at the individual, team and organizational levels as well as fit, commitment and satisfaction measures for each team member. P2P includes an algorithm that baselines engagement scores for the individual, team and institution, allowing for regular benchmarking over time.
