Our E-SRF product analyzes the security environment both from the standpoint of what access is possible as well as what access has actually occurred. It provides stake holders with all the information needed to manage necessary access while eliminating unnecessary or undesirable access. It is particularly useful in assuring HIPPA compliance. Our Firecall interface provides managed elevated emergency / temporary access to pre-defined users when recovering from problems or system failures. It eliminates the need for special userids in sealed envelopes or changes to the security database that might not be removed when the emergency is over. User access provided while firecall is active is logged to SMF to insure that all activity is accounted for. Our Help Desk facility enables users to recover from forgotten passwords in a secure setting without the need for human intervention.
