For each project we undertake, we gather information, work with the client to set project objectives, define regulatory implications, and develop a conceptual model for the work. Communication, technical competence, and integrity of service are the keys to our firms success. At EGC, project management related to contaminated buildings and sites is our specialty. We possess unparalleled expertise with building materials that we carry through our building services. We also possess a unique expertise and working understanding of regulatory requirements that we bring in to bear on our site services, as well as our building services. We perform competent assessments and prepare complete remedial design packages. We oversee the work to completion, representing our clients through the construction phase with proper observation, tracking, and recording. On every project, whether preparing for demolition or renovation, environmental cleanup, a real estate transaction, compliance, or a Brownfields tax credit, we focus on managing risk and protecting and representing our clients interests. We develop project-specific, innovative, and cost-effective solutions with client interests in mind.
