McCloud in 2005 with the sole purpose of forming private placement groups to purchase real estate assets and to fee manage the real estate assets of others. Mr. McCloud has more than 21 years experience in all levels of property management. He received comprehensive industry training from one of the countrys largest privately held apartment owners. He developed a first-hand understanding of apartment management from positions in maintenance, leasing, and management. During his tenure there he repeatedly turned around underperforming properties ranging in size from 230 to 1000 units. In February 1994, he accepted a senior management position with a small property management company to help the owner manage and grow his portfolio. During his tenure there he performed due diligence and secured financing for over 15 real estate transactions and 4500 units. This growth was due in large measure to Mr. McCloud's professional expertise and business acumen. He had complete profit and loss accountability for the entire 21 site portfolio. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), the highest designation you can achieve in real estate management. He has served as the Vice President of Legislative Affairs and the Vice President of Education for the Institute of Real Estate Managements Chicago Chapter. He is considered an expert in apartment utility sub metering and allocation and has been cited as such in Apartment Finance Today (May/June 2004), Multi-Family Executive (January 2004), and Units (October 2003).
