Dry Link couplings have a smooth bore with no voids, dead spaces, crevices or fillers that may trap bacteria. Choice of body materials: SS316, Hastelloy C, and Alloy 20. Choice of Seals: PTFE, Viton (FKM), EPDM and Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM, Chemraz/Kalrez). FDA and USP certification is available. Choice of end connections: Triclover, NPT, BSPP, Butt-weld, and Flanged. A mechanical interlock prevents accidental openings. Discs are closed and sealed before coupler and adapter can be separated. Ideal for hazardous, high viscosity, high-flow, and sanitary applications. Up to 50% lighter & compact than comparable dry-disconnects. The only true drip-tight and hygienic coupling on the market that offers a greater protection to workers, eliminates costly clean-ups and helps customers meet EPA standards.
