This includes boilers, chillers, BAS controls, Pneumatic controls, rooftop units, and anything else that heats and cools a building. Our install team specializes in adding new equipment, replacing existing equipment, and replacing controls. We are a Schneider electric dealer for BAS controls. Our service team has a two-hour response time in our normal operating area. With offices in Spokane, Post Falls, Colville, Okanogan, Wilbur, Wenatchee, Moses Lake, Yakima, Kennewick, Lewiston, and Pullman. By managing multiple locations, we provide our clients with coinvent response times for quality diagnostics, repairs and solutions. Maintaining your equipment and a set schedule is very important.
