Our goal is to always exceed the expectations of our clients by bringing them the best candidates available in a timely manner. Our firm primarily fills B2B placements, with an emphasis on sales and operations searches. We strive to differentiate ourselves from other search firms in that our focus is on finding the best "passive" candidates for our clients. Our process is different, which means that we tend to compliment - rather than compete with - the internal recruiting efforts of our clients. Instead of hoping the best candidates respond to a job posting or have their resumes available online, we work closely with our clients to identify the key characteristics they want in a candidate. Once we have that criteria, our team of researchers identifies and compiles a short list of potential candidates for each opening. Once that list is together, it is forwarded to one of our recruiters to begin the real recruiting process - contacting and screening the candidates to find the best matches for our client. Our ideal candidate is typically not someone actively seeking new employment - an "active" candidate. Our efforts are focused on uncovering the best "passive" candidates we can find - someone who is gainfully employed in a related field and who is doing well in his or her current role. Not everyone in this situation is willing to consider a career change.
