Traditionally, only HNIs were using these types of facilities with NBFCs to leverage their financial assets. Our flagship product is Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF). We will be launching Loan Against Shares (LAS), Loan Against Insurance (LAI), and Loan Against Gold (LAG) in the near future. Our target audience is the retail investors who have accumulated these assets and are not aware of the leverage that can solve their short to mid-term needs. On the other side of the platform, we are enabling banks and NBFCs to use our platform (product and service) to lend to retail investors. The next stage of evolution of the Indian retail investor is arriving rapidly and we are helping them to reach their maximum potential. Why a customer has to come to us? Our loan process is an easy, convenient, end-to-end digital process for retail investors. It is as easy as doing an e-commerce transaction. The loan amount will be disbursed to the investor bank account within 15 minutes. When the retail investor takes a loan against his/her mutual fund investments, the wealth continues to grow as the loan is getting paid off. There are no tax or exit load issues when they take a loan as opposed to selling their assets. Today, retail customers are not aware and are not enabled to leverage the financial asset that they have in a meaningful manner. We are enabling them in a digital manner to achieve this. As we have a network of NBFCs associated with us the interest rates are competitive. Innovations: Usually, the retail investor is investing through SIP for his/her investments. When they take a loan against these investments they can pay the same amount as EMI instead of SIP and pay off the loan as the investment is growing. Pay as you use. Users can lien mark the entire portfolio and take credit limit against it.
