Founded in 1983, Dennis Bielfeldt and his farther, Wilbert Bielfeldt, began operations in their hometown of Iowa City, Iowa. The journey began with a single rental property. Today, Den-Wil's reach is much greater, and our staff continuously upholds the founders' visions to provide valuable services to clients, build partnerships in the Brookings community, and deliver important resources to residents such as quality living spaces, workplaces, and social establishments. Our company has grown to its present state of owning and operating Countryside Estates, Countryside Villa, Countryside Meadows, Country Crossing, Medary Woods, Medary Square Apartments, Galleria, rental houses, Old Sanctuary and the State Office Buildings. Den-Wil also manages, and is the majority owner of, the new 126 unit Innovation Village, near Innovation Campus, and is the principal partner in the construction of the new 64 unit Innovation Enterprise Complex. Offering 426 quality one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, the Den-Wil properties are home to students, faculty and staff of South Dakota State University, as well as professional and working people and families within the Brookings area.
