Our management is composed of mortgage industry veteransappraisers, bank and credit union executives, and real estate agentswho understand the complete picture. We manage the entire appraisal process--allowing credit union staff to remain focused on their overall member service and core business (originating, underwriting, and servicing loans). We have a deep understanding of regulatory concerns, and maintain compliance by creating a firewall between credit union professionals and appraisers. Mortgage personnel are provided direct access to our appraisal review team, unlimited consulting on any compliance issue related to mortgages, and assistance with internal policy and procedure revisions. Appraisers are the most critical part of our business. We partner with the absolute best appraisers available and compensate them fairly. They meet all certification, licensing, insurance, and educational requirements; and their performance is tracked using a detailed ranking process. Appraisers, in-the-field, are managed by experienced professionals who are able to advocate for, understand, and support them. Building strong relationships, fostering two-way communication (between the appraisers and the review staff), and enabling proactive problem solving are priorities. We ease on-boarding transitions, and support your relationships, by partnering with appraisers already doing work for new credit union clients whenever it is possible.
