Answer: Creative Cauldron was founded by our Producing Director, Laura Connors Hull, in February 2002. Since its incorporation, Creative Cauldron has grown tremendously. We're proud to call the Little City of Falls Church home since taking up residence in ArtSpace Falls Church in 2009. OUR MISSION: Guided by the belief that creativity is a fundamental need of the human spirit, Creative Cauldron is dedicated to providing affordable, enriching, and diverse experiences in the performing and visual arts to Northern Virginia and the greater Washington, DC community. Creative Cauldron gives people of all ages, incomes and backgrounds opportunities to connect and grow through the arts. We create original productions, present a broad array of art and artists, and offer transformative educational programs in an intimate and collaborative atmosphere. Our programs and performances currently serve approximately 12,000 patrons annually from the City of Falls Church and surrounding counties as well as from Maryland, the District and visitors to the DC metro area. Many of our productions are completely original works conceived of by our Founder and Producing Director, Laura Connors Hull, alongside our amazing circle of teaching artists, including acclaimed composer Matt Conner and scenic designer Margie Jervis. Twelve of Creative Cauldron's productions have been Helen Hayes Awards Recommended - Nevermore, Cole Porter: You're the Top!, Thunder Knocking on the Door, Marry Me a Little, Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, The Turn of the Screw, Once on This Island, The World Goes 'Round, Monsters of the Villa Diodati, Caroline, or Change, Ruthless!
