How We Do it: These roundtables consist of a senior group of experienced associates facilitating the group, as well as a peer group of other growing company owners/leaders that benefit from the sharing of their experiences as well. They meet once per month, with individual, one-on-one, midmonth meetings. Outside speakers are utilized from time to time to address topics of concern. The foundation of the group includes these basic requirements: -Members are coachable with open minds to new ideas. -Willingness to participate in crucial conversations where controversial thoughts and ideas are hammered out. -Underlying trust between members knowing that confidentialities will not be violated. -Common group chemistry that allows deep, penetrating, and sometimes controversial discussions to take place. Our Goal: Through growing small companies we create wealth for: -Employees through job creation. -Business owners through growth and sound leadership/management. -Communities within which the companies are located through the supporting services required for the growing employee population. -Local and state bodies through increased tax revenues.
