Founders Jessica Jordan & Zac Rothman married the cookies with the ice cream in 2012, and the Cream'wich was born and quickly became Manhattan Beach Creamery's signature item. The Cream'wich is a super premium ice cream with a dense, rich mouthfeel, top of the line quality; not pumped with air for a refreshing colder mouthfeel.
