Answer: The all new Safety Drop Cloth! This product is an entirely new design that helps minimize risks associated with using old-style drop cloths. The patented design features thousands of tiny, rubberized dots that are attached to the underside of a drop cloth. The dots enable a drop cloth to hold firm, even under shifting loads, so that workers, homeowners and passersby can safely walk over them without having to fear the cloth suddenly slipping out from under them. The new design works equally well on all typical floor surfaces found in the home including tile, marble, granite and wood floors and stairs. It is also being used in various commercial surfaces from the wings of airplanes, museums, backstage of theatres and on many other surfaces. The configuration of the dots provides the additional benefit of making the cloths lie flat, without bunching up, and conforming to any surface they are used on. This is especially beneficial when used on stairs where the conforming and slip-resistant characteristics combine allowing the cloth to lay flat and true as people walk or work on them.
