With this simple business plan in place CPM has expanded to serve a variety of communities (to include, Villa, Single-Family, Townhome, Mid-Rise, and other styles of Multi-Family communities) and extended our service area to the entire Greater St. Louis Missouri and Illinois Metropolitan area including Missouris St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, and Franklin Counties; and the Illinois counties of Madison, Monroe, St. Clair and Jersey. CPM is a leading St. Louis Metropolitan area management company due to the services we provide and the quality of our management team; which includes a Community Associations Institute (CAI) Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM) and others that have achieved their Association Management Specialist (AMSTM) designation through CAI and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification via the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).
