The clinic is located at 2100 W. 45th Street, in West Palm Beach, Florida. That is the southwest corner at the intersection of 45th Street and North Congress Avenue. Medical Clinic Medical care for all ages is provided free of cost to those who qualify. No appointment is necessary to see a physician. Just Walk-In to our clinic during our regular hours of operation. Vision Clinic Our optometrists provide comprehensive eye exams and prescriptions for eyeglasses.
