Chef Mammano and Paul Roiff followed this by partnering in The Federalist in November 2005. In August 2007, The Federalist transitioned into a modern steakhouse named Mooo.... In November 2013, Ostra, located in Bostons Back Bay on Charles Street South, joined the CHG Family. Ostra, a Mediterranean Seafood Restaurant, is inspired by local and European varieties of seafood. In February 2022, the Columbus Hospitality Group began expanding our Mooo.... brand and opened Mooo.... Seaport in the Fort Point neighborhood on Melcher Street.
