The CA4Y will use this experience and expertise along with its unique approach to facilitation and collaboration to build relationships and gather wisdom from community and youth leaders to ensure their ideas and needs are included in any planning process. Part of the work of CA4Y will be to ensure that community members and young people are compensated for their time and wisdom and supported through funding and other services while contributing their time and using their own experiences of oppression to demand change.
