Answer: At The Coding Tomorrow Initiative, we pursue the ideas of equality. Specifically, we engage in the idea of creating a better tomorrow, through educating the youths of today. We believe that one root cause of economic inequality in the Bay Area would be educational inequality, which translates into loss job opportunities. The loss of job opportunities creates a cycle that translates back into educational inequalities, ultimately leading to a ruthless cycle of poverty. We believe it is our mission to offer those without rightful educational opportunities their right to learn, and in their future, the right to earn. The future of this world, especially that of the job market, rests on technology. As such, in the Bay Area, tech-related jobs have the highest amount of pay. Due to these reasons, it is only fair, that these jobs may land on the hands of those who were born less fortunate, as those who were born in more favorable conditions. We seek to offer that fairness.
