DEVON COCHENOUR PRESIDENT, CEO Prior to creating CCI Tec, Devon had worked with Microsoft Corporation exclusively in Microsoft Healthcare for three and a half years. Following Microsoft Devon went on to work for Washington Publishing Company in Rockville, MD for two years where he held a position as Director of Services, building and managing a consulting business for WPC around HIPAA consulting leveraging experience with Microsoft and using MSF as a guideline. Throughout his career Devon has achieved MCSD, MCT and is a certified MSF Master Trainer.
